I was pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful setup in my locker, including flip-flops and toiletries. The shower had an amazing organic body wash, and the location was great. The only downsides were the noisy bed and some clutter in the showers. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was brand-new and bright, had smoke detectors for the safety. There were climate control and an electronic key card if needed. The staff were helpful, supportive.

The staff were affable and amicable and the location was marvellous to 松山 air port for 10 minutes by walk. Plus, it was near Song Shan airport, and public transport stations. Our room was brand-new and nice styled...

The location is a total win – super close to Song Shan Airport and a bunch of bus stations, making traveling around a breeze. The staff here are so friendly, even when I checked in late at night! Plus, the place was clean and comfy, which is all you really need when you're just crashing for a night.

But man, the bunks are a pain! Climbing up was more of a workout than I'd bargained for. And don't get me started on the lack of complimentary towels – really? Paying extra for a towel? Not cool. a mixed bag that made staying here a bit frustrating.

We loved our stay at Grace Hotel Dunbei! The spacious, clean rooms were a delight, and the high-quality, organic body wash in the shower was a thoughtful touch. While the bathtub design was inconvenient, overall, I’d recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at the Grace Hotel Dunbei, especially the cozy dorm pods and the clean bathrooms. Although the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and there was some difficulty with dampness in the room, overall, I’ll recommend this hotel.
